Pilot one stall
The capability is real enough to invent with: cheap public-ledger dollars, a fast screen, a slower court, issuer freeze, and tiny software payments. The invent is still a pilot, not a coast.

Limits that do not vanish because a page was illustrated:
- A single operator still orders the fast clock. If that operator pauses, the rail pauses. Users may have a slow appeal to the base court. Ice does not wait on that appeal.
- An issuer can freeze a dollar token or a stall share. Say that in the design, or Mira will treat the first freeze as theft.
- On-ramps and off-ramps still sit at the edge. A token that cannot buy ice is not a payout.
- Preconfirmation is not the court. A 200 millisecond tick is a preview.
- Volume slogans are not a family corridor. A chain can move huge notional sums and still miss Sunday market.
- Naming a sponsor, a chain, or a protocol is not a valid solution. The solution is a local use one stall can run.
Invent from the stall outward. One payout before the ice truck leaves. One send that arrives before Sunday. One slice with an honest freeze. One night helper with a cap. If the design only works when every stall on the quay switches overnight, it is not a 2026 invent.
