Invent the shelf
Design a local access plan for one medicine at Crossing Clinic 4. The aim is modest: reduce the chance that the shelf is empty after a delivery failure. Do not propose a clinic-run manufacturing lab.
Make the first version specific:
- Name one medicine and the patients or situations for which it matters.
- Name the licensed supplier, pharmacy, manufacturer, or care-network partner that would provide it.
- Describe the normal delivery route and a backup route when the cold truck fails.
- State who checks receipt, storage conditions, expiry dates, and the records required by the clinic.
- State what staff must not do: alter, produce, or dispense an unapproved product.
Then ask whether the proposal can be tested with the people who run procurement, pharmacy, and clinical care.

A good proposal gives Noor a dependable route to a checked vial. It also makes clear who is responsible at each handoff.
