Honest limits
Quality control is not a final sticker placed on a vial. It is the set of checks that make a product consistent: qualified materials and equipment, trained people, documented steps, testing, and records that allow a batch to be traced. For medicines made with living systems, those controls are essential.
Biosecurity is another limit. It means managing biological materials and information so they are not lost, misused, or released by accident. Regulation, professional training, and independent review are part of protecting patients and the public.
An unlicensed back-room operation is not a safe backup for a missed delivery. It cannot offer the evidence, testing, traceability, or accountability that a clinic needs.

Urgency is a reason to plan earlier, not a reason to remove the controls. A responsible pilot names the approved product, the accountable partner, the quality checks, and the point at which staff must stop rather than improvise.
