Invent a living plan

You now hold the pieces. Bodies catch balls. Charts multiply. Better tools make better tools. A freeze to today’s sheet can be smart and still cancel the night boat.

A good invent here is not a lecture about Moore. It is a practice this yard can run so Chen notices when the dock no longer matches the wall, before the next crossing dies.

Name what is recorded. Name who looks. Name what counts as “the sheet is old.” Name a false alarm you will live with. Keep it to one ferry class. Contracts and safety still exist. A dashboard nobody opens is another frozen photo.

Do not invent a city command center. Do not invent next year’s exact pack. Do not treat a brand name as the idea.

If a mechanic could run it on a cold Thursday without a new building, you have the idea this lesson was for.

The tempting mistake is to wait until runs are already cancelled, because that is when everyone agrees the paper was wrong.
