A smart founder once said there was no time to wait for a magic battery — bound at the science we know today. The company had brains, motive, and a billion dollars. It still flopped. The freeze was the design. Tesla is not the homework. The homework is the sentence: no waiting for the sheet to move.

Chen’s award photo is that sentence in a yard. Lawyers called it clean. Night boats called it last year’s packs. Intelligence did not save the freeze. Linear respectability wrote it.

A living plan is not a prophecy of next year’s exact cell. It is a way to notice mismatch, reopen, or swap, inside real contracts.
