Cells Already Know — Tutorial

Cells already know how to build. A genome equips them. A target — sometimes a voltage map, sometimes a new job when the old bosses are gone — tells them what body to hold. Xenobots are what frog skin does with the old target gone. Anthrobots show adult human cells can join the same category. Headlines about breeding robots outran the figure. A good invent is a posted local rule, not an organism.

Nothing in this topic makes sense except in the light of collective competence.
