Legal
Terms of Use
Short terms for this website. We do not run a multi-tenant hosted Future Forge product from warmersun.com — the game is software you run yourself.
Effective date: 6 August 2026
1. Who we are
Warmer Sun (Warmer Sun Education, a sole proprietorship in Vancouver, BC, Canada) publishes the website at warmersun.com: essays, product pages, quest catalog files, and community information about inventing practice with emerging technology.
2. The website
warmersun.com is provided for information and education. You may browse it without creating an account. Content may change or be removed at any time. Do not misuse the site (no automated abuse, scraping that harms service, malware, or unlawful activity).
3. Future Forge software
Future Forge is source-available software on GitHub. You (or your organization) install and run it. These website Terms are not a substitute for the project’s license or commercial terms in COMMERCIAL.md.
Warmer Sun does not offer a general public multi-tenant “hosted Future Forge for everyone” as part of this marketing site. If we separately agree to host, support, or license Future Forge for a school or organization, that will be under a written agreement — not these website Terms alone.
4. Quest catalog
Public quest JSON under /future-forge/quests/ may be downloaded by Future Forge clients for
official Sponsored and Learning tiles. Catalog content is provided as-is for learning and invent practice.
5. No warranties
The site and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Site branding, design, and original text belong to Warmer Sun unless noted. Third-party marks (Discord, X, GitHub, etc.) belong to their owners. Future Forge licensing is governed by its repository license documents.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms or commercial licensing: use the contacts listed on the Future Forge repository or community channels linked from this site (e.g. Discord).
