Invent the street

You now hold the pieces. The curb is the city. The cars are live and fenced. Empty miles are real. Leftover lots do not fix themselves.

A good invent for Quay Street says where the flour van may stop, where an empty car may wait, how the curb knows which is due, and what happens to one leftover lot. Name who tells the car. Name what the bus gets. Name what Nia can count on at six in the morning.

A fleet brand is not the idea. A flying car is not the idea. The whole city going driverless is not the test.

If the van could stop tomorrow and the bus could pull in, while the cars still move people, you have the idea.

The tempting mistake is to repaint the curb rule and call it done. A rule is weather; the street still needs a way to work.
