What can be booked

Those three use cases exist because a milestone was reached. A research bench can book time on a cloud machine without owning one. That is the step that is real.

A finished proof of the water-main liner was not reached. Being able to book the afternoon is not the same sentence as “the liner will last.” Other boards are being offered that confusion. Friday is one of them.

The trend is that more benches can book that time, and that the calculations get a little less noisy. The forecast, not a lock, is that a niche materials pilot comes before a machine that can prove a whole liner, or open an old lock.
