Upon user sign-up for our GPT, a unique user ID is generated. This ID is stored on AWS and is used to identify the user account within our systems. While the user ID itself does not contain personally identifiable information, it links to the corresponding user profile managed through our third-party service, Kobble.io.

Sign-up and Payment Processing:

Sign-up and subscription payments are handled by Kobble.io, where users may provide personal information such as name, email address, and Google or Microsoft account details. Using Kobble.io, we do have access to this personally identifiable information (PII) for account management, customer support, and service optimization purposes.

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all personal information accessed through Kobble.io. Personal data is used strictly in accordance with our privacy policy and only for the purposes for which it was collected.

Data Security and Privacy Measures:
