From map to field team

A prediction is useful when it changes a sequence of work. A ranked map might tell a health team which zones to call, a food-security team which markets to visit, or a city crew which blocks to inspect first.

The map is not the action. It is a way to allocate scarce attention.

A strong workflow shows the data age, uncertainty, and reason for each ranking. A person checks the highest-value uncertainty. The result is recorded. The next run can learn from what the map got wrong.
